Went back office to meet my boss for my half-yearly appraisal on Wednesday. Good time to do appraisal. Needed to get some opinion from my boss. Some confirmation. Had a brief chat...In general, it was a positive meeting, i think...heh...My boss said my progress had been abit slower compared to my peers due to the fact that i switched groups initially, disrupting the learning process. but he said i have improved alot, exceeded his expectations and to keep it up. woo hay~!
Yesterday, went back to follow up with my boss to do the final confirmation and my boss was supposed to give me his rating of my performance. In general, its common for year Ones to get C+ (meet expectations) for decent performance...my boss told me hes going to try to get me a B (exceed expectations) as he ranks me the highest among my batch peers in my terminal. Sweeeet~! =D Will get the revised rating after all the big bosses meet up to rank the same batch officers among all the terminals...but its okie to get a C+ for now. Knowing how my boss sees me is good enough for now. hur.
